The Side Effect of Eating Instant Noodles
Instant Noodle is one of the fastest and easily prepared food, depending on the quantity it takes less than a minute or two to prepare it. This is why students, parents, and workers love to eat it.
However, Instant noodles can be delicious but it has some side effects that people are ignorant about.
Below are the side effect of eating instant noodles.

Cancer

The ingredient in the instant noodles called “Styrofoam’, is a cancer-causing agent.

Overweight

Eating Noodles is one of the causes of obesity. Noodles contain fat and large amounts of sodium,
which causes water retention in the body and it leads to overweight.

Difficulty in digestion

Instant noodles are slow in digesting. They contain preservatives and other toxic chemicals which can lead to an over-exposure butylated hydroxyanisole and t-butyl hydroquinone, two chemicals that are commonly used in products to prolong shelf life. These two can cause anxiety, asthma, and diarrhea.

Contains a high amount of salt

Instant noodles contain an excessive amount of salt, which can affect the overall health of a person.
According to a research published in the American Journal of Hypertension in 2014, it was found that consumption of sodium (salt) is one of the main factors in high death rates in the past 23 case studies.
In summary, Sodium is also a result of high blood pressure and heart disease.
